Alongside our friends at Good Beer Hunting and New Belgium Brewing, we are excited to invite you to join us at our 6th Annual Foeder for Thought celebration during Tampa Bay Beer Week! Foeder for Thought will be held on Friday, March 8th, 2019 from 6pm-11pm.
Built as an educational event, we feature fermentation forward beers in our tasting rooms and beer garden, shutting the facility down to accommodate guests interested in sampling and learning about beer from across our local area, nation, and world. The last three years we’ve curated interviews/Q&As with hand selected breweries to properly showcase what goes into the beers that they create. We are proud to announce our continued partnership with Good Beer Hunting to bring a deep and complete presentation on the state of wild, funky, sour, and rustic beers with interviews and panel discussions that will both enlighten and engage our audience.
In addition, we’re excited to announce a new partner/sponsor this year: New Belgium Brewing. New Belgium has been pioneering fermentation forward beers since they opened in 1991. They currently have the oldest continuing mixed culture in the United States, and lead our industry in educational discussions and symposiums surrounding sour and wild beer. We’ve learned much from them over the years and we’re thrilled to have them involved this year.
Finally, this will be one of the first opportunities to explore our newly updated beer garden, cellar facility, and tasting room!
Tickets are $100 in advance (purchase in our tasting room to save on processing fees) or $110 at the door day-of, if we have tickets left. Your ticket purchase gets you unlimited pours, a commemorative taster glass, and access to the Q&A/Panel sessions.
Please note: As the event date gets closer check back here for updated tap lists, speakers, and schedules.
