Artisan Beer Pairing Experience at Grindhaus Brew Lab

Canteen Craft Beer Catering is back with a new Tampa bay Beer Week dinner, pairing 6 of Grindhouse’s finest Ales with hand-selected cheese, charcuterie, fruit, nuts, and antipasti.
Ticket includes a 6 course in-depth tasting and discussion of beer (8oz each), cheese, and charcuterie accompanied by an assortment of fruit & antipasti provided by Canteen Craft Beer Catering. Topics will include why and how to pair beer and food, seasonal pairings, and a brief history of the evolution of beer and/as food. Discussion will be led by Grindhaus Brewmaster Robb Larson. Robb is certified by the Siebel Institute in Professional Beer Tasting and Styles, Master of Beer Styles and Evaluation, Sensory Panel Management, and was taught by Randy Mosher, author of Tasting Beer and Beer For All Seasons.
