A true collaboration that Ybor the City has been waiting for. This return collab came at the heels of our World Beer Cup Block Party – we hosted Jim from Barriehaus and made this inspirational lager – turning the Doppelbock on it’s head, we welcome a Blonde Doppelbock to the tasting room to be released in cans & on draft! Tuesday March 10th!

She is a true strong, full bodied German Lager. Unlike dark Doppelbocks, it uses Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, & a touch Carahell malts to achieve a cleaner, less roasted profile while retaining a deceptively smooth and complex, often fruity character.
